Frizzante Rose`

Vibrant, moreish dry Rose` with a light sparkle ‘ Frizzante’ that livens the finish.

Bottle fermented Chardonnay and Pinot Noir aged on lees for 2 years prior to disgorging. Dosage of 2.5% 2019 dry red Pinot Noir to give red berry flavours and a pink blush. 

Perfect served super chilled on a warm summers night or picnic lunch on one of our amazing Flinders Island beaches.
