Hand harvested from our 2 Pinot Noir blocks on March the 25th. Open fermented with a portion of whole bunch for a total of twenty days on skins. Matured in seasoned French oak barriques for nine months. Dark cherry and raspberry with a hint of mocha all framed by silky tannins. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Enjoy with gamey red meats. Will gain depth of flavour and complexity with careful cellaring over the next ten years.
