    Handpicked on the 26th of March with help from friends, neighbours and visitors to the island.

    Whole bunch pressing of handpicked fruit yielded pristine juice which was put through a long, cool ferment. Intensely flavoured balancing citrus, apple and floral characters with lingering minerality. The perfect accompaniment to fresh seafood.

    Due to its elevated natural acidity Riesling is one of the few white varieties that ages very well. This wine will gain depth of flavour and complexity with careful cellaring over the next 10 year
