Hand harvested from our single vineyard site. Open fermented on skins for 2 weeks then matured in seasoned French oak barriques for eight months. Brilliant deep purple in colour with vibrant aromas and flavours of blackberry, cassis and chocmint all framed by bright acidity and firm powdery tannins.
Enjoy with robustly flavoured hard cheeses and grilled meats. Will gain depth of flavour and complexity over the next ten years with careful cellaring.
