2026 Chardonnay

Handpicked on the 12th of April. Fermented in seasoned French oak barriques and allowed to undergo a partial malolactic fermentation as well. Matured in oak for 6 months prior to bottling. Heady aromas of stone fruit, sweet citrus and nougat. Excellent creamy texture and citrusy freshness in the mouth.

Pairs brilliantly with white mould cheeses and smoked salmon. The acid structure of this wine will make it worthwhile to carefully cellar over the next ten years if you have the patience.

Delivery Australia wide, $20 per six pack, free for 12 or more bottles. Cases can be mixed.
